May Day Flowers
This integrated language arts thematic unit was written to be a sample
of the units I like to write. It contains a number of activities that
help children learn about the origins and traditions of May Day, as well
as the parts of a flower and the function of each part. I hope you'll
find this unit productive and educational! (It's a big file, so please be patient as it downloads.)
Cinco de Mayo A little history and a yummy recipe will help you celebrate this Mexican holiday.
